Requirements
- Analyze prospect’s requirements and propose the best possible solution
- Provide train-the-trainer, administrative and reporting training to the customer
- Requirements gathering, business/project mapping and the creating of supporting documentation
- Provide best-practice guidance on customer processes
- Configure application to meet customer needs
- Document customer business needs, implemented/configured processes, and any unresolved open action-items
- Master and maintain detailed knowledge of product-suite configuration options
- Ability to understand business requirements and provide creative technical solutions
- Document and communicate product feedback and new requirements from the field
- Provide Post-sales implementation support as needed
- Study for intensive understanding of existing business processes and documenting business and work- flow diagrams complying with formatted application implementation methodology
- Analyze customer detail reports on functional dead ends and provided them with work around solutions
- Willing to travel to customer site
