Master and maintain detailed knowledge of product-suite configuration options
Ability to understand business requirements and provide creative technical solutions
Document and communicate product feedback and new requirements from the field
Provide Post-sales implementation support as needed
Study for intensive understanding of existing business processes and documenting business and work- flow diagrams complying with formatted application implementation methodology
